ARE YOU READY TO JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT CENTURY OF IMPACT?

Our best investment in the future is to build a solid spiritual foundation in children today.  In a confusing world, Christian education is more important than ever.  Chicago Christian Schools has a vision to restore God's world by providing a Christ-centered education.  Modernizing and expanding our campuses will support dynamic and engaging education, expand our space as enrollment grows, and reinvigorate our school community. By investing today, we can ensure our school flourishes - now and in the future.  But we cannot accomplish this alone.

WE NEED YOU.

When you give today, you will support quality education that:
Focuses on the centrality of Christ
Celebrates the diversity of our community
Transforms students through their ownership of learning
Develops God given gifts with expanded opportunities
Invests in students through committed faculty

Creates a lasting impact for God's kingdom

Campaign Update

Chicago Christian Schools has partnered with GMB Architecture and Engineering, WDS Construction, and Dickerson Bakker Consulting for our Preparing for the Next Century Capital Campaign.  We are in the planning stages, and hope to break ground at all three campuses the summer of 2024.

Chicago Christian High School

Our focus is to create multi-functional learning and community spaces. The new Student Commons will house a modern cafeteria with serving and seating, but it will also serve as a flexible space for learning and gathering. It will include a new concessions area and coffee bar, a welcoming entrance to the school and our athletics area, and a connection to the front of the high school complete with a ramp for accessibility. We have strategically created the Student Commons to be supportive of future growth. These plans lay a solid foundation for additional expansion in the years to come. The Library/Media Center will be updated to carve out a space for Robotics and other co-curricular needs, plus smaller conference rooms for breakout sessions and flexible learning. The high school office and counseling area will be modernized and reconfigured to better meet the needs of our students and staff.

Tinley Park Campus

This campus will be impacted the most. Our focus is again to create multi-functional learning and community spaces, along with a modern gymnasium to fully support our athletics program. We will build a new modern gymnasium with expanded seating. The current gymnasium will become the multi purpose room/extra gym, and the current multi purpose room will be renovated into learning space. This campus also needs modernized, flexible spaces appropriate for learning now and in the future. We will build additional classrooms to accommodate two classes per grade, and create two distinct and separate wings for elementary and for middle school. The front office will be relocated to the north side of the building with a new and highly visible entrance.

Oak Lawn Campus

We renovated our Oak Lawn campus a few year ago to modernize and created flexible learning and community spaces. These spaces are well used and we are excited to have them soon at Tinley Park and Chicago Christian! At Oak Lawn, our focus is accessibility and providing a modern gymnasium to fully support our athletic program. We will build a new modern gymnasium with expanded seating. The current gymnasium will become the multi purpose room/extra gym. To solve our accessibility issues, we are installing a new elevator so that everyone can easily access the 2nd floor of the main building. A ramp into the current gymnasium will also solve accessibility concerns.

From our Community

I'm so glad we have the opportunity to gather twice a week for worship and chapel. It's a great thing to see a whole bunch of kids my own age, praising God.
- Damaris Salcedo, Senior-Chicago Christian High School

I chose Chicago Christian High School for the community. Not only were the teachers welcoming from the very beginning, it was my classmates too that I was able to foster relationships with over four years and that I've maintained until this very day.  That community made me feel like I belonged to something.  At CCHS, you can be yourself and still be Christ-like.
